PrevMED has formed partnerships with several companies to make service delivery efficient and effective. The following organizations work together with PrevMED to deliver and manage the PrevMED Oral Health Maintenance® Program.
Senior Dental Insurance Solution, LLC
The PrevMED Oral Health Maintenance® Plan is offered exclusively through Senior Dental Insurance Solutions. (In Georgia, where the OHM® is not covered under an insurance plan, our partnership is with Senior Dental Solutions.) SDIS is the broker that provides the policy that insures the monthly schedule of benefits with each of our patients.
Group Benefit Services, Inc.
Group Benefit Services (GBS) is a national Third Party Administrator that provides administrative and management services for health and dental insurance programs. Headquartered in Maryland, GBS provides enrollment, premium billing and customer service for the PrevMED Oral Health Maintenance® Plan.
Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company
Located in Missouri, Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company underwrites the PrevMED Oral Health Maintenance® Plan (in FL, MD, OH and NJ). Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company is rated (A-) Excellent based on an analysis of financial position and operating performance by A.M. Best Company, an independent analyst of the insurance industry.
OraQuest Dental Plans
Located in Sugar Land, Texas, OraQuest Dental Plans underwrites the PrevMED Oral Health Maintenance® Plan in Texas. OraQuest is a single service health plan licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance.
